Take Part in the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT)
The Burnsville Fire Department, in collaboration with the cities of Bloomington and Richfield, are offering free CERT emergency skills training to teach residents how to prepare for and help save lives in the event of a natural or man-made disaster.
