2013 Men's and Mixed Adult Broomball

FOR MONDAY JANUARY 21st ALL MENS BROOMBALL GAMES ARE CANCELLED.
The City of Burnsville offers men's and mixed broomball for players 18 years of age and older. The men's broomball program plays on Monday nights and the mixed program plays games on Friday nights. Gather the neighbors and friends and get off the couch this winter.
Men's Leagues (January to Early February) - FULL for 2013
- Registration begins Oct 3rd, 2012 and will remain open until spots are filled or Dec 11th, 2012.
- Played outdoors on Monday nights from January 7th, 2013 thru February 11th, 2013.
- Teams play double headers every Monday night
- Game times are a mix of 6:20/7:10 and 8:05/8:50 pm start times.
- All games are staffed with one official.
- Teams may carry up to 16 players on their roster.
- Each team is responsible for providing 1 game quality ball.
- Additional equipment is required. See rules for details
- Teams are required to have two sets of jerseys or pinneys (light and dark).
- Non-duplicate numbers on jerseys are strongly recommended.
- Cash prizes will be awarded to the league champion based on league registrations.
- Men's teams are only $345.00 per team (checks payable to City of Burnsville)
- All players must be 18 years of age or older

It is highly recommended to keep a copy of the rules packet in your broomball bag or to have a copy with at your games. In the circumstance that a rule is questioned you can reference the rules packet for clearification.

Mixed Leagues (January to Early February)
- League play takes place Friday nights Jan 4th to Feb 8th
- Games are played at North River Hills in Burnville and Rahn Park in Eagan
- Start times alternate between 6:30, 7:30 and 8:30
- All games are staffed with one official
- All players must be 18 years of age or older

5 Ways to Register:
- Online: Online registration will be ready October 3rd, 2012.
- Over the phone with a credit card: call 952.895.4500 during regular business hours (8:00 am to 4:30 pm, M-F) if you wish to pay with a credit card over the phone. Please allow 5 minutes for this registration process as staff will need to get your team name, personal info, credit card info, etc.
- Via mail: print the registration form found above and include a sponsors check or personal check for payment.
- In our office: office hours (8:00 am to 4:30 pm, M-F) using the registration form, cash, check, credit card or any combination of those three.
- After hours drop box: outside of Burnsville City hall you will find a blue US mail box and a silver Water Sewer Payment Drop Box. Place your registration form and your payment in an envelope and addressed to G. Beck - Adult Broomball Registration
If you choose to use any of the options listed #3 thru #5 above you will need to fill out the registration form (found above) completely and turn it in with a valid payment in order to be considered for league placement. Your team is not eligible to be considered for a spot in our league until your completed form and valid payment are in our office.
