Be Clutter Free Workshop is March 21
Adults ages 62+ are invited to a FREE workshop on how to restore order to homes that have become cluttered, unsafe or unsanitary – including tips on how to emotionally “let go” of possessions. Registration deadline is Monday, March 19.
Spring Road Weight Restrictions in Effect
Spring weight restrictions for commercial vehicles on City streets are now in effect. These restrictions are put in place as part of a statewide effort to protect roadways from premature deterioration during vulnerable spring months.
‘We Support Our Police and First Responders’ Yard Sign Sale
The Burnsville Community Foundation is asking residents to show their support for Police, Fire and Emergency Medical responders by purchasing “We Support” yard signs. Proceeds will support construction of public art depicting emergency responders.
Minnesota State Law requires that the three highest paid positions be posted
annually for the City of Burnsville. Effective January 22, 2018: City Manager- $165,990; Police Chief $144,623; Fire Chief $144,623.
