Annual Monitoring Report
The Annual Monitoring Report is arranged according to the current organizational model, with performance measurement data reported by the major departments or work areas. This reporting is intended to:
• Verify alignment of City services with the City Council’s ENDS & OUTCOMES.
• Facilitate effective evaluation of spending priorities for upcoming budgets.
• Help staff and Council to learn about needed changes from the data trends.
